For a couple weekends in a row, Don and I took the Larkspur Ferry into San Francisco for some walking and shooting. We wandered around the Ferry Building, walked up to Pier 39 and China Town, stumbling across beautiful city scenes and secret parks. We took pictures of the Bay Bridge and Coit Tower, seagulls and boats, passerbys and each other. One of our recent city adventures even included a (freeeeezing) stroll on Ocean Beach where we caught the tail end of sunset to see purple and pink rays reflecting onto the wet sand.
I love these because I feel like they really capture the city mood. Warm and cold.
